Improv is about more than just making people laugh. It’s about listening, collaboration, and working to build something that is bigger than the individual. Whether on stage or in the office, people love to feel good about working together. And there are skills, techniques, and attitudes from improv that anyone can learn to create real teamwork. The easier it is for people to connect, communicate, and create together, the more work gets done, and the more innovative ideas are bound to spring up!
